I picked this little piece up at my Grandmother's estate because I found it humorous. It is an advertising promo from Dupont for a product called Lannate, which I see to be a bug killer. It is clear plastic with a white base. It has a thin plastic insert inside (does not come out) which has the Dupont logo and the words "Lannate is lightning" with a lightning bolt crashing down on a dead caterpillar, type bug which I'm pretty sure is real. I think the item might be a paperweight. It is 4 1/8" tall and the base is 1 3/8" square. This is a really neat promo and I'd really like to get a value range on it because I feel it may be rare but I'm not sure.

Don't know who did these or if they are worth anything. The first picture was matted in white or maybe a cream white, has colored slightly with age. It does have some staining, scuffing, and other damage on the border/frame of the picture. The picture itself is in good condition, depicting a fairy and maybe some gnomes or something with some floral at the top. Night scene, very pretty but not signed anywhere. The second picture depicts a daytime fairy I'm guessing in what looks like an ocean of water. It is matted in a charcoal blue and also has some staining and damage on the mat but the picture itself is in good condition. No signature on this one anywhere, either. Both are 8" X 10".

This is a one of a kind sign pulled from a sidewalk in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Yes, it was an actual sign that the department of transportation put out. The sign has the same printing on both sides. It states simply: "Danger: Idiots Driving on Sidewalk Have Broken This Utility Cover. Watch Your Step". It is a very funny sign, very eclectic and definitely original. It is made from a stiff cardboard with the text of the sign it looks like printed on. The corners do have a few pushpin holes in it and it has colored slightly with age but otherwise in fine condition. Not sure if I want to let go of this or not, but would just like to know a ballpark figure if anyone has one. Sign measures about 24" long by 18" wide.

This is a really great little keychain. It celebrates 100 years of the Kodak company. On the front of the keychain at the top it says 1880 - 1980 with the Kodak symbol in the middle. Underneath that is a really neat old stamp captured inside the keychain. It is a 3 cent stamp with a portrait of George Eastman on it. On the back of the keychain, it says "A 100 year start on tomorrow". The keychain is tarnished in a few places but really is in great condition. It does have some age coloring. Would like to know about how much this is worth if anyone knows because it really is charming and I haven't completely decided on selling it. A really nice piece of photographic history.

This is a very nice and unique wall hanging. It is made by Syroco, but that's pretty much all I know about this piece in particular. It measures about 30 1/2" tall and up to 17 1/2" in width. It is very charming, nicely detailed with many different variety of flowers and a few birds in the mix. At the bottom, the most impressive bird sits on a branch looking backward. It is very colorful on the front, and the back is an overall black. It has a wall hanger on the back as well. It is in excellent condition with no scrapes or scratches to really speak of. This is a fascinating piece for me, as I grew up looking at it. I would love to know more about its history and value. I'd also like to know about how many of these might still be around. This is a very small metal bird that has an insert flap that lifts up at the tail. There is a grater type space closing off at the very top of the head. The side markings are striking and nicely detailed. This piece is four inches long and one inch wide.

This ashtray is very interesting indeed. I've tried finding out information on it but with no luck at all. It is very convenient to the smoker, as it has not only an ashtray but a stash area and a comfortable pipe rest. It is I guess you would say terra cotta in color with leaf and acorn carved designs on the top. On the rim of the ashtray are vertical lines all the way around. The whole thing measures about 10 1/2" long and 6" wide. The diameter of the ashtray is about 4 3/4". The stash box is 2 1/2" X 3 1/2" and a little over an inch deep. The lid for the stash box has a fragment missing on the side, as shown in the photo. The pipe rest is 4" long at the longest point and has a nice indention space especially for the bowl of the pipe. The ashtray also has some sort of space with a nodule island in the middle of it.

I bought this painting at the estate sale of a 102 year old woman, this painting was her mothers! I asked questions about this - all that was known by the remaining family is this painting is in all likliehood 100 years old or more. It is an original overpainting by the artist (the artist lived mid 1800s to 1906 I believe) - I am still a little unclear of what the term "overpainting" means as I have now heard two different definitions of what that is... It is in wonderful condition, the detail is excellent. I tried to do some research on the artist and found minimal information to my surprise, or perhaps I wasn't looking in the correct places I am not sure. Any information you could provide I would appreciate. My main questions are - I would like to know more about the artist, the style of painting this is, what is an overpainting more precisely, is an overpainting more or less valuable than a regular painting, and what is the value or guestimated value of this painting. Sorry about the blurriness of the signature - you should be able to make it out still - for whatever reason the flash was causing me problems when I was trying to photograph that section of the painting.

Although I don't have this up for sale, I am still considering it. Although I will admit I do love the painting.

This knitting machine is in excellent condition. Unfortunatly it did not include the ribber arm or other parts needed to hold the ribber discs on. I am currently looking for these parts.

Black sewing machine in a wooden carrying case ,base of case attached to machine. Machine is great condition , box has a few marks on it.

This rug was purchased by a friend who was living and working in Afghanistan.  It was purchased for about $2000.00 in 2006.  It has been in storage and is in Mint condition.  There is a signature on the bottom near the fringe, but I don't know anyone who can read it.  It is a really beautiful rug and I would love to help him out by finding the retail price for it.  Thanks so much for all of your help!!

Set of 3 pieces - the main piece is a box frame (walnut) 36" x 48" with glass over what appears to be a bas relief of an Indian/Hindu dancer playing a drum with her foot.  The bas relief is painted (perhaps painted with metal paint...but looks like brass).  The two additional pieces are of sitars, also bas relief; 36" x 12".  Manufactured by Turner Manufacturing.

Found on a old carrier war ship "the horne"

Bought in the 1960s from my neighbor who was moving.

I dont know much about these coins except my grandfather has had them for a very long time. They may be from the 1800's or so

not sure what i can tell you about this painting but i loved it on site didnt think it was painted by anyone who was a real artist . just hoping someone can give me a bit of info , maybe a value and how to sell it if it is worth anything cheers

This is a letter from the duke of earl, written to an individual one day prior to him renouncing his throne to his brother.  It is in good condition.  Curious on what it would be worth.
