The company enjoys a stellar reputation for the quality of their pieces , company was in existence from 1800's late to the mid 1930's,  most of their pieces were birch with a stain and some handpainted designs.   I think the chairs have been reseated with material , condition looks very good , go the library and look for furniture identification books and I think there is a 1908 catalog reprint that might help you , I cant place a value but a thousand or more is a start but this needs much more research , the number again is a catalog number and will reveal when it was made ( my estimate is 1915 to 1930 )   Do some work here for yourself so that if you ever gift it there will be a history behind it
