how large are the images you are trying to send? Image file upload forms sometimes have limits as to how big an image you can upload. I have seen images here that you'd have to have a 42 inch monitor to view without scrolling ;~)Try send smaller images and see if that works.
Be sure that the images that you are uploading are no larger than 600x600 pixels each and that you "save for the web" in order to reduce the size of the image file. That should alleviate any issues you are having with uploading images.
